Food­Ser­vice Geeks is a Geo-Niche Food Ser­vice Blog­ging Community.  

Geo– That means, we are geo­graph­i­cally focused; Ari­zona and the Phoenix metro area is our home. 

Niche–  We’re niche focused as we like to talk about food, food ser­vice, edu­ca­tion, com­mu­nity, school food ser­vice, dis­tri­b­u­tion, lis­ten­ing to our mar­ket, and pieces of the puz­zle that con­nects all these mov­ing parts.   

Food Ser­vice–  Work­ing with the Amer­i­can Culi­nary Fed­er­a­tion Chefs  Asso­ci­a­tion of Ari­zona, the ACF AZ  Stu­dent Chefs Asso­ci­a­tion, and the Insti­tute of Food Tech­nol­o­gist, the IFT Cac­tus Sec­tion, we stay con­nected within our com­mu­nity to say the least.  With a 360 degree per­spec­tive, Food­Ser­vice Geeks starts with a solid base con­nect­ing with all aspects of food service. 

Blog­ging–  Food­Ser­vice Geeks is a plat­form to com­mu­ni­cate.  From just want­ing to get the word out about an event, new prod­uct or ser­vice, new restau­rant or any­thing that reflects the Food­Ser­vice Geeks Com­mu­nity in which the con­tent ben­e­fits the com­mu­nity is encouraged.

Com­mu­nity– We’re Ari­zona focused, well con­nected within the indus­try.  Engaged with monthly meet­ings, we con­nect with all aspects of food ser­vice.  If it’s food, chef, farmer, and cen­tered around our com­mu­nity and mak­ing it a bet­ter place, we’re here to sup­port that too.
