The Association for Career Technical Education of Arizona, ACTE AZ Summer Conference was July 13th-18th at Loews Ventana Canyon resort in Tucson, AZ. I presented a presentation on the top 10 menu trends from the American Culinary Federation and the National Restaurant Association with Larry Canepa.
