The ACF AZ is starting a newsletter called Culinary Notes which is a fantastic way to share information about what's happening in our food service community. We're looking for information on events, jobs, volunteer opportunities, menu trends, food, equipment, culinary technique, new products, Arizona food service news and more. The layout of the newsletter will have sections such as Meeting Recap, ACF AZ News, ACF SCAAZ News, Culinary Education, New Products, Menu Trends, Competitions, Sponsor Information and Membership Spotlight and Events.
Our current reach is over 900 in our database however that is and will be increasing as we continue to move in this direction. Our goal is to connect and engage with food service professionals, operators, students, educators, chefs and foodies. In a world that lives online, this format helps us reach more people in the most cost efficient way.
