Basil L. Vasilarakos, chef by trade, will be at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1973 E. Maryland Ave Phoenix, AZ preparing food for the 2012 Phoenix Greek Festival and looking for volunteers. Basil will be in the kitchen from 5pm starting that Monday October 8th, every night of the week, until about 10pm. He is looking for anyone who wants to come in and prep on a volunteer basis in which you will learn authentic Greek food and high volume professional food preparation.
